As many of you know, for the past few Christmas’s our church has sponsored the Rehope organization. This organization rescues sex trafficked women and children; providing them safety, stability and the hope of a better tomorrow. 

This mission is near and dear to our hearts at Lighthouse. It has been our honor for the past few years to take these ladies out and spoil them for Christmas. We surprise them with a fun filled day filled with shopping, lunch, and dessert. Every lady is paired with one of our volunteer ladies to shop and connect with. 

The impact of this event has been nothing short of miraculous. For example, Judy was rescued and was not able to be with her children. For her Christmas surprise, she took all of her money and said, “this is the first time I will get to buy Christmas for my children.” Knowing we have the ability to make an impact in these ladies lives has filled our church family with overwhelming joy.
